Premium Herringbone Cloak, Red

Beautiful fringed cloak made from thick and super soft virgin wool in a herringbone pattern. Use it for looks, for protection from the elements, or to sleep in. It will also look awesome in your home, and it's the perfect soft blanket to cuddle up with in the couch. 

Earlier finds from Scandinavia and northern Germany indicate that cloaks were woven in one piece with tassels at the corners of the cloak, which is a natural way of finishing the weaving process. Grave evidence and contemporary depictions suggest that cloaks were pinned on the right shoulder, leaving the right arm free. The left side that hangs down can be thrown over the shoulder to free the left arm (as seen in the pictures). Women draped cloaks over their shoulders and could use brooches to fasten them in the front.
