Vikings used necklaces with animals or beasts biting onto a ring where pendants were hung. This is a variant that consists of a thick, braided leather bracelet that ends in the stainless steel heads of Freki and Geri, the two wolves of Odin. The ring they bite onto can be easily opened.
Geri and Freki (Old Norse both meaning "the ravenous" or "greedy one") are two wolves which accompanied the Norse god Odin.
