When will I receive my order?

We usually ship all orders within 1-5 business days depending on our workload.

When the order has been dispatched, FedEx/DHL Express should generally have it delivered to you within another 2-5 business days.

Please note that the above set timeframe assumes that there are no unexpected delays, however there is always a small risk when dealing with international shipping.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your parcel is dispatched and that will include the tracking information as well.

How do I make a return or exchange?

We do not have an exchange policy, if you would like a different style, size, or color - simply return your unwanted item and place a new order on our website.
We will issue a refund for your original order upon receiving the return at our warehouse. We will refund the price you paid for your item to your original payment method.
Please note that it might take up to 5 business days until the transaction is visible on your bank statement.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

I would like to add more items.

You can add items to your latest order as long as it has not been shipped yet.
Just place another order with the items you wish to add to your first order and contact us through our contact form(link the contact form here) with your order numbers and we will merge the two and refund you the extra shipping cost.

I would like to change my address.

You can of course change your shipping address as long as your order is still unfulfilled.
Please note that we cannot answer requests after business hours, during the weekend and holidays.

How can I find my correct size?

All of our clothing items have a size guide that can be found on their respective product page. The size guides show the measurements of the actual products, as well as how they are measured.

For the best possible fit it is a good idea to measure a similar garment that fits well at home and to then compare the measurements to the size guide of the specific garment you are considering.

Other things you may need to consider are size tolerance, shrinkage and stretching. Our general size tolerance is +/- 2.5 cm (1 inch) per measurement. Fabrics may stretch or shrink up to 3% when laundered, or over time.

If you have questions regarding a specific measurement not found in a size guide, please contact our customer support team and they will assist from there.

When will the item I am interested in come back in stock?

If a specific product that you are interested in is temporarily out of stock, then we would as a first step recommend that you go to the product page and press the “Notify me when available”-button.

If you enter in your email address you will then be notified automatically by our system as soon as the product is back in stock.

If there are different size- and/or style options then you would need to first select the specific options that you are interested in, in order for the “Notify me”-button to appear.

Sometimes we do get unique items that are only available in a limited quantity, and those types of items do not get restocked. It is always listed in the product descriptions of those specific items when that is the case.
