A fantastic statue of Freyja in her falcon dress that enabled the wearer to fly. The base is decorated with snakes and runes. The snakes connect to the ancient Guta Saga where they are associated with birth and fertility. The runes spell out AUJA, meaning luck/happiness. As most of the Norse gods, Freyja is associated with many things, such as love, beauty, fertility, sex, war, gold, and divination.
A handmade, original design, it is cast it in acrylic resin and painted to resemble ancient bronze by a Swedish artist. This statue makes a great centerpiece on any shelf, table or shrine.
This statue is used by people in modern day Scandinavia both as decoration and in small shrines.
